Ingredients
 

6         small baking potatoes
1           Tsp. vegetable oil
1-1˝     Tsp. chili powder
3-4        Drops hot pepper sauce
1/3        Cup bacon bits (about 8 slices if crisp cook and crumbled)
2/3        Cup finely chopped tomato (1 medium)
1           stalk finely chopped green onion
1/2        Cup sour cream (low fat or fat free can be substituted)
1/2         Cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
 

Also, you will need a fork, spoon, knife, small bowl, a baking sheet, measuring cups, and access to an oven or at least a microwave.
